BRENT HEARN

Hi! I’m Brent Hearn, and I’m currently training to become a full-stack developer at Mississippi Coding Academies. I’ve tinkered with programming here and there over the years, but I’d never spent enough time with it for it to be a viable skill. I eventually got tired of saying, “Maybe one of these days” and leaned into, “Nah...how ‘bout now?”

I’ve dedicated my life to creative work. In addition to my primary gig as a writer, I’m also a musician and an actor. I view code as just another medium to which I can apply my creativity. I’m very interested in the intersection of tech and the arts, and I'm looking forward to spending some serious (and fun) quality time in that sandbox.
